I want you to know about it, because it’s a good example of what’s still possible in the mortgage world if you use someone like me that knows what they are doing.
I’m closing an FHA loan this week with a man that has a 560 credit score, AND he didn’t have tax returns. All he had was paystubs and w-2’s.
For those of you who may not know, 560 if a very low credit score. …and, FHA is a good, low interest, government insured loan.
Don’t get me wrong, I also do loans and provide great service for those of you with good credit, but I can do the hard ones too.
The take away is that if you or someone you know thinks you can’t qualify for a loan – you might just be able to qualify. Give me a call or shoot me an email, and I’ll take a look at it for you.
That’s it for today!
Have a good day today! …and thanks for reading.
