You Have A Credit Score, But Your Co-Borrower Doesn’t?…

Do you have credit scores, but your co-borrower doesn’t?

Or, is it the other way around? …Do they scores, but you don’t.

Good news! …I have a loan program to meet your needs!

Here are some things to keep in mind with this particular program…

1) At least one borrower on the transaction must have a usable credit score.

2) The transaction must be a Purchase or Rate/Term Refinance.

3) Subject property is a one unit Primary Residence.

4) Borrower with a usable credit score must contribute more than 50% of the total monthly qualifying income.

5) Income from self-employment from any borrower is not permitted.

6) Loan will be priced assuming a minimum 620 credit score.

If you or someone you know is in this situation, and you want to buy a house – give me a call or shoot me an email! I would love to help you!

That’s it for today!

Have a good day! …and thanks for reading.
