I can now do USDA loans down to a 580 credit score now!
…Previously this was a minimum credit score of 620. So, this will open up this product to many more people!
Remember, the USDA Program is 100% financing!
Two key things to be aware of when it comes to USDA…
1) There are geographic restrictions. If the house is too close to a big city it won’t qualify for this program.
…but you would be surprised you can still live very close (suburbs) to these cities and be eligible for this program.
