Disney World And Refinancing Up To 125%…

Good Morning!
I just got back from a week long vacation with my family at Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando.

Believe it or not getting back to work will give me a chance to recover.

…Think Batan Death March meets Mickey Mouse.

In fact here is a picture of us at Disney World.

Many of you are unaware of this, but if your current mortgage is a Fannie Mae mortgage I can refinance you up to 125% of your property value!

This means if you have had depreciation on your house, and now you owe more than it’s worth – I may well be able to get you refinanced in spite of this devaluation!

If you are in this situation – give me a call or shoot me an email. Let’s see if I can help you!
