One Spouse Has Good Credit, But Other Spouse Has Bad Credit? …Solution.

Good Morning!

If you have a 10% down payment – this loan program just might work for you.

With many couples one spouse has good credit but not enough income to borrow on their own.   The other spouse has good income, but not very good credit.

Most loan programs in the mortgage industry will automatically go with the lowest credit score (when you have two borrowers) to underwrite the loan.

I have a loan that will go with the score of the main wage earner to score the loan.  However, the co borrower’s score still must be at least a 620 for this program.

If you think this program would work for your situation give me a call or shoot me an email.

Thank you for reading my email – and have a great day!
