Last year HUD waived the 90 day rule on flipping properties with FHA loans for 1 year.
That year is up today – February 1st 2011.
…So, unless HUD comes out with a separate announcement at a later time – we are back to having to wait 90 days before an investor can buy / resell a house on an FHA loan.
…just wanted you to be aware of this.
If you have an FHA loan that you are having trouble with, or have been told “no” by a lender… Don’t give up!
Bring that loan to me and let me take a look at it for you. Half the loans I do were once with another lender that couldn’t get it done.
