FHA Mortgage Insurance Changes Next Week – Here Are The Numbers…

Good Morning!

I wanted to remind you that FHA’s mortgage insurance is changing next Monday (October 4th). 

It will be lower annually, and a little higher monthly.

 

Here is the new Mortgage Insurance schedule for FHA for all case numbers pulled after October the 4th

 

Loan Term LTV Up Frot MIP Monthly MIP
30 Yrs <95% 1.00% 0.85%
30 Yrs >95% 1.00% 0.90%
15 Yrs <90% 1.00% None
15 Yrs >90% 1.00% 0.25%
